Rethink for calorie eating levels

BBC News reports here: “The calorie counts used as the foundation for diet plans and healthy-eating guidance for the past 18 years may be wrong, a report suggests. Intake levels are currently 2,000 calories for women and 2,500 for men.”

Now as always when new studies like this one come out read them and digest them well before acting to fast, surely a few weeks later another new study comes out that probably contradicts the current one as it often happens like one study says coffee is bad for you and the next study says coffee is good for you. So we always recommend use common sense and when it comes to eating best recommendation is a balanced diet with always a bit more of fruit and vegetables and a bit less fat containing food items.
