Women spend £8,500 on make-up during their lifetime
The Daily Mail reports here: A study has found that the average woman will spend more than £8,500 on cosmetics over six decades. Splashing out on lipstick, eye shadow, foundation and blusher costs the average woman more than £130 every year. Foundation is the most expensive item, with females spending £1,998 on the cover-up throughout their life. Meanwhile, lipstick alone will cost £1,342, with £1,404 going on mascara and £1,144 on eye shadow.
